SITUATION: For this new high quality residential building located in one of the oldest and charateristic areas of the city (San Lorenzo district – downtown Rome) it was requested a centralised air-conditioning system which gave an added value on energy saving to the structure.

SOLUTION: 1 GEHP Aisin 25 hp (63,5 kW cooling – 77 kW heating) + 1 AWS Yoshi 25 hp. The GEHP is provided with W-kit to recovery heat from the engine and assure an extra 30,5 kW of energy in the form of free domestic hot water.
