SITUATION: A condominium in Lucene (Slovakia) with 272 flat had to update del central heating system. The structure were interested mostly in heating but it needed a solution eco-friendly.

SOLUTION: 2 GEHP 20 hp (106 kW cooling – 136 kW heating) + 1 aws Twin 20 hp in support of 4 boiler 240 kW each.

RESULTS: GEHP represent only 13% of total installed power but they assure a +32% in power factor and a COP of 1,12. The most important data is reduction in CO₂ production: -153 ton per year.
