SITUATION: Before Olympic Games the Hotel Ilissos in Athens needed to change its old boiler + chiller system. The main purpose was to provide heating and cooling with a new system exploiting natural gas combustion. The customer opted for a hydronic solution, as he needed to maintain the existing piping and fancoil units. The challenging request was to provide a new system in a very short time without affecting the daily hotel activities.

SOLUTION: 10 GEHP 20 HP + 10 AWS 20 HP

2. CO2 emissions saving per year: -29%
3. Running saving costs per year: -22.540 € (-26%)
