SITUATION: After tested the efficiency ofAisin Gas Heat Pumps in its other accomodation (Hotel Siracusa – Rome), the property of Hotel lux decided for the refurbish of air-conditioning systemof this structure too.
Even on this case GEHP has been installed on the roof with the minimum discomfort for the activities of the hotel.

SOLUTION: 2 GEHP Aisin 30 hp (150 kW cooling – 175 kW heating) + 2 AWS Yoshi 30 hp. Both GEHPs has been provided with W-kit to recover 89 kW of energy to give free domestic hot water to the hotel.

RESULTS: After careful monitoring of consumption, the property of the hotel noticed a saving of 50% compared to the previous situation.
Morover, thanks to the engine heat recovery, now the domestic hot water is completely free for the Lux.
