SITUATION: The nursing home had to replace the old air conditioning system in compliance with the overall refurbishment of the building.

REQUEST: The customer needed a single-phase and silent system able to provide also domestic hot water. Morover the system had to reduce CO₂  emissions.

SOLUTION: 4 GEHP 25 HP (228 kW cooling – 336 kW heating)

RESULTS:

1. Annual electricity savings: -186.468 KwH       
2. Annual CO₂ savings: -50.000 kg
